Petromax Atago Insert

The Atago Insert is a cooking accessory for the Atago Grill Plate, with which you can grill with direct fire contact and develop the grill stripes that give flavor to your vegetables, meat or fish. You can also place a Dutch oven, skillet or percolator directly above the flames and the insert ensures that food remains safely on the plate. The insert can be placed in the middle of the grill plate as well as on the cooking support. The insert can be easily lifted out of the plate with BBQ tongs to add charcoal or wood through the opening.
